Alberta and High Technology
Alberta’s technology industry has continued to quietly grow over the last few decades. Still in its infancy, our province has a maturing community of technology companies, associations, and interest groups. Both Calgary and Edmonton have fostered our provinces largest communities but our technology industry doesn’t stop there. Lethbridge, Medicine Hat, Red Deer, Grand Prairie, and Cochrane all show strong signs of growth in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector.
